5:00 P.M. AND 6:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M.
Admission
to and use of the Mesa Grande Pool will be limited to residents (in good
standing) and
their
guests. Members will be held
responsible for the actions of their guests.
All persons using
the Mesa
Grande Pool or any other equipment supplied by the Association do so at their
own risk.
The Mesa
Grande Trustees or any employee of Mesa Grande cannot assume responsibility
for any
accident or injury in connection with such use.
In case
of an emergency, contact the lifeguard immediately.
Identification
tags must be present at all times when in the pool area. Upon entering the pool
area,
please show your tags to the lifeguard.
No children under the age of
12 years will be permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult or
responsible person.
No Disrespectful Language is
permitted. No diving, pushing, dunking,
jumping on other swimmers, roughhousing in the shallow end of the pool,
climbing on the fence, throwing objects, spitting, or nose blowing in the pool
will be tolerated.
No pets or animals are
permitted in the pool area.
Proper swimming attire is
required in the pool area. Cut off jeans
are NOT PERMITTED.
Keep bicycles out of the
pool area and off the sidewalks.
Please use the provided bike rack.
No parking at party center.
Please use street parking.
The lifeguard will have keys
to the restrooms via the back door of the party center. Keep the use of the bathrooms to a minimum
and the area clean.
Flotation or other swimming
equipment may be used only under the discretion of the lifeguard.
The wading pool is not
guarded and use is the sole responsibility of the adult in charge of the
child. Children over the age of 6 years
are not permitted in the wading pool.
Snacks are permitted in the
pool area providing the privileges are not abused. NO GLASS containers are permitted in or around the pool area and
NO ALCOHOL beverages.
During the 15-minute rest
period, only adults or toddlers (0 to 5 years) accompanied by an adult shall be
permitted in the pool.
Anyone caught swimming in
the pool after hours will be considered trespassing and subject to arrest and
prosecution. (Extra chemicals are added
at night for algae control.)
Please explain the above
rules to your children. No trespassing
on the private properties located around the pool area. As Association Members, we must all share
the responsibility for safe operation of our pool, surrounding areas, and
equipment. If you see a problem
developing, contact the lifeguard. If
proper action is not taken, notify a Board Member. The lifeguard and board will
have authority to suspend any member for violation of the above regulations.
